Depth of Aubergine – Abstract Artwork

Painted for a private client, this bespoke piece of abstract artwork shows depth and movement.  Using dusty Aubergine colours with silver greys, we created this piece for their dining room.  This hand painted abstract canvas was then framed with a Shadow frame.

Finally having a home means you can be creative and use all those ideas that you’ve been saving. I used dusty blues and mochas to create warmth in the living room. I hand painted this canvas to pull this scheme together.

Oriental Abstract Painting

I love this style of art, simple yet very powerful.  'Inspired by oriental artwork which used inks and strong brush strokes' I ended up painting four of these for a living area and I loved how the use of fabrics and accessories worked with this artwork.  I added a clear varnish to the finished piece, which enhanced the depth of the black and then the client had each piece framed in a antique silver frame.
